Jamming a drive cam

So I drive a company van that has a small but noticeable camera..It's sets off and starts recording when I turn too fast, brake too hard, hit a bump too hard or speed and sends all the data to management for reviewing. There's a cord plugged into it but there's a screw that blocks it from being unplugged. If I unplug it will my company know? Also is there a jammer that can jam this camera? just while Im driving it. Also there is a GPS signal that tracks our pick up and drop off locations and our miles per hour. The GPS signal doesn't matter to me its just the drive cam that bothers me.
